Financial Aid

Financial aid is available in the form of grants, scholarships, work-study programs and student loans which are designed to help you pay for the cost of tuition and expenses of attending college. Following are the different types of assistance available: Grants and Scholarships are monetary awards that do not have to be repaid. Work-study programs allow students to be paid for work on campus as a way to earn money to help with college expenses.

Loans are arranged through lending institutions and must be repaid with interest.

To receive financial aid, students must first complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please complete and mail your application early. It will normally take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for the Department of Education to process your application. For faster processing, the FAFSA may be completed online at the FAFSA website.
