Financial Aid
Financial aid is available in the form of grants, scholarships, work-study programs and student loans which are designed to help you pay for the cost of tuition and expenses of attending college. Following are the different types of assistance available: Grants and Scholarships are monetary awards that do not have to be repaid. Work-study programs allow students to be paid for work on campus as a way to earn money to help with college expenses. Loans are arranged through lending institutions and must be repaid with interest. Financial Assistance Documents:
Some Sources of Financial Assistance:To receive financial aid, students must first complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please complete and mail your application early. It will normally take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for the Department of Education to process your application. For faster processing, the FAFSA may be completed online at the FAFSA website.
