Registration and Drop/Add will be conducted in any Admissions & Records Office of the Mayo, Pikeville and Prestonsburg 
campuses during posted hours of operation until August 25, 2006.

Until August 22	  	- Registration will continue until August 22
			  (Office Hours:  8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) 
August 23, 24		- LAST DAY TO DROP/ADD IN AN ORGANIZED CLASS FOR 2006 FALL 				  	   
			  14-week SEMESTER
August 25		- LAST DAY TO PAY Tuition and fees must be paid in-full either in person, online or
			  arrange a Tuition/Fee Payment Plan to avoid cancellation of registration. 
			- CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT - Any student who has not paid in full, set-up       		   	   
			  a payment plan or provided proof of third party payment (Financial Aid, Voc-Rehab, 
			  WIA, Veterans Education Benefits, tuition wavier, etc. will be cancelled from classes.
August 28		- First Day of Classes
August 31		- Last Day to Withdraw and Receive 100% Tuition Refund or Owe No Money
			- Last Day to Drop a Class Without a Grade
			- Last Day to Change from Audit to Credit
September 15		- Deadline to apply for December 2006 Graduation
 			  (Applications may be picked up and returned to:  Mayo - Connie Sanders;
 			  Pikeville - Randy Roberts; Prestonsburg - Jimmy Wright
September 22		- Last Day to Withdraw from Classes and Receive a 50% Tuition Refund
October 9 - 14 		- Fall Break (Academic Holiday)
			  (No BSCTC classes, but all other classes meet as scheduled - KET, Internet, etc.)
October 16		- Midterm 
			- Last Day to Change from Credit to Audit
			- Last Day to Withdraw at the Student's Discretion and Receive a Grade of "W"
November 2		- Students earn 100% of their Title IV financial assistance and are exempt from 					  
			  Refund/Repayment
November 23 - 25	- Thanksgiving Holiday (College Closed - Academic and Administrative Holiday)
			  NOTE:  Classes end and offices close on November 22 at 5:00 p.m.
December 1		- Last Day to Withdraw at the Discretion of the Instructor and Receive a
			  Grade of "W"
		  	  (Friday evening/Saturday class withdraws will be accepted Monday, December 4 from 				   
		  	  8:00 a.m. - 12 noon)
December 2		- Last Day of Classes 
December 4 - 9		- Final Exams
December 8		- Graduation
December 9		- Last Day of 2006 Fall14-Week Semester 
			- Last day for Spring 2007 pre-registered students to pay tuition and registration fees in 				   
			  person, online, or to arrange a Tuition/Fee Payment Plan or to have arrangements
			  made for a third party to pay tuition and fees - Financial Aid, Voc-Rehab, WIA,		  			  
			  Veteran Educational Benefits, etc. to avoid cancellation of registration.
Priority Registration for Spring 2007 will be scheduled in October or November.  Watch your email and bulletin boards for announcements.
	
NOTE:	Students enrolled in internet coursework offered through an institution other than BSCTC are subject to that institution's   	 	calendar and deadlines for that session.
