Combs Drive Hager Hill, KY 41222 Paintsville, KY 41240 Pikeville, KY 41501 Prestonsburg, KY 41653 606-789-5321 606-789-5321 606-218-2060 606-886-3863 August 7 - Last day for pre-registered students to pay registration fees in person, online or arrange a Tuition/Fee Payment Plan to avoid cancellation of registration or have arrangements made for a third party to pay tuition and fees – Financial Aid, Voc-Rehab, WIA, Veterans Educational Benefits, etc. (Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) August 7 - CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT August 10, 11 & 12 - Registration & Drop/Add (Office Hours: 8:30a.m to 6:30p.m) August 13 -Additional Drop /Add (Office Hours: 8:30a.m to 4:30 p.m.) August 14 - Collegiate Beginning Registration - LAST DAY TO ENTER/ADD/ENROLL IN AN ORGANIZED CLASS FOR 2009 FALL SEMESTER - CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT – Last day to pay registration fees in person and arrange a Tuition/Fee Payment Plan to avoid cancellation of registration or have arrangements made for a third party to pay tuition and fees - Financial Aid, Voc-Rehab, WIA, Veterans Educational Benefits, etc. August 16 - Last day to pay registration fees online August 17 - First Day of Classes August 24 - Last Day to Withdraw and Receive 100% Tuition Refund or Owe No Money - Last Day to Drop a Class Without a Grade - Last Day to Change from Audit to Credit September 7 - Labor Day (College Closed - Academic and Administrative Holiday) September 16 - Last Day to Withdraw from Classes and Receive a 50% Tuition Refund October 10 - Midterm - Last Day to Change from Credit to Audit - Last Day to Withdraw at the Student’s Discretion and Receive a Grade of “W” October 12 – 17 - Fall Break (Academic Holiday) (No BSCTC classes, but all other classes meet as scheduled - KET, Internet, etc.) October 20 - Deadline to apply for a December 2009 Graduation (Applications may be picked up and returned to any Admission Office at the following locations: Mayo, Pikeville, and Prestonsburg Campus October 29 - Students earn 100% of their Title IV financial assistance and are exempt from Refund/Repayment November 26- 29 - Thanksgiving Holiday (College Closed – Academic and Administrative Holiday) NOTE: Classes end and offices close on November 25 at 5:00 p.m. December 4 - Last Day to Withdraw at the Discretion of the Instructor and Receive a Grade of “W” (Friday evening/Saturday class withdraws will be accepted Monday, December 7, from 8:00 a.m. – 12 noon) December 4 - Last Day of Classes December 7 – 12 - Final Exams December 12 - Graduation December 13 - Last Day of 2009 Fall Semester / End of Semester December 13 - Last day for Spring 2009 pre-registered students to pay registration fees in person, online or arrange a Tuition/Fee Payment Plan to avoid cancellation of registration or have arrangements made for a third party to pay tuition and fees – Financial Aid, Voc- Rehab, WIA, Veterans Educational Benefits, etc. Registration for Spring 2010 will be October 19, 2009 thru November 19.
