June 3 & 4 		- Registration & Drop/Add 
              		  (Office Hours:  8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

June 5		- CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT -- Last day to pay registration fees in person, 			  or arrange a Tuition/Fee Payment Plan to avoid cancellation of registration or have 				  arrangements made for a third party to pay tuition and fees - Financial Aid, Voc-Rehab, 			  WIA, Veterans Educational Benefits, etc.
		  (Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
June 7              - Last day to pay registration fees online 

June 8		- First Day of Classes
	  	- Registration & Drop/Add

June 11	 	- Last Day to Withdraw and Receive 100% Tuition Refund or Owe NO Money
		- Last Day to Drop a Class Without a Grade
		- Last Day to Change from Audit to Credit

June 22		- Last Day to Withdraw from Classes and Receive a 50% Tuition Refund

July 3		- College Closed for Independence Day ( Academic and Administrative Holiday)

July 6			- Deadline to apply for an August 2009 graduation credential (Applications may be picked up
     and returned to the Admission Office at the following locations: Mayo, Pikeville, 
     Prestonsburg Campus.   
	  
July 6		- Midterm
		- Last Day to Change from Credit to Audit
		- Last Day to Withdraw at the Student’s Discretion and Receive a Grade of “W”

July 10  		- Students earn 100% of their Title IV financial assistance and are exempt from 					  Refund/Repayment

July 28		- Last day to withdraw at the discretion of the instructor and receive a grade of “W”

July 28		- Last Day of Classes
 
July 30 & 31		- Final Exams

July 31		- Last Day of Summer 2009 Session / End of Session
